Immediately after the expiry of domain name registration services and before deleting the domain name from the respective registration database, you recognize: that we can forward the domain name to the name and IP address servers that we have designated, including, but not limited to any IP address or IP address, which may host a fleet page or a commercial search engine that can display ads, either we can leave your WHOIS information intact, or change the contact information in the WHOIS output to the expired domain name so that you no longer be the declaring of the domain name. Save a domain for a third party. If you provide information about or on behalf of a third party when registering a domain name or acquiring other services, you declare that you are (a) empowered to act as an agent on its behalf; (b) have informed this third party of the disclosure and use of the information provided by that party in this agreement and (c) that you have received express permission from the third party for the disclosure and use of the information presented by that party. This clarification includes all third parties that are mentioned in Whois as a filer, administrative and/or technical contacts. It also implies that a registrant designates third parties as administrative and/or technical contacts. If we are prosecuted or threatened with legal action, administrative proceedings or other legal or administrative procedures relating to the services available to you, we may contact you to compensate us and keep us free of claims and expenses (including legal and legal fees). Under these conditions, you agree to receive a performance obligation from a serious bond company or, if you are unable to obtain a performance obligation, deposit money with us to pay our reasonably expected expenses for the coming year. This down payment is deducted in case of a fee, with all account messages sent to THE WHOIS contact information associated with your domain name and/or account.
